Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery is only available to wholesale customers.
  • All prices on our website are per kilo, unless otherwise stated.
  • Minimum order for delivery is 80kg of full carton red meats. Anything below this quantity must be collected from our Malaga factory.
  • Orders must be received at least 24 hours before delivery (before 12pm the day before it is required). Two days’ notice is necessary on orders for bakery customers.
  • Delivery Mon-Fri, metro areas only between 7.30am – 3pm. Delivery to your area may not be available everyday. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee time of delivery.
  • Payment is cash on delivery, unless on account.
  • An invoice will be sent with your product.
  • Carton weights average 20-25kg's, but may vary.
  • Our prices are subject to change without notice.

Avon Valley Beef recognise the importance of protecting the privacy of personal information collected on our website. We do not sell, trade or transfer information collected on this website to outside parties. We use your information to provide our services to you, to fulfil administrative functions associated with these services, for example billing, to enter into contracts with you and for marketing and client relationship purposes. We may also use your personally identifiable information to assist us in improving our products and services and we may be in touch to let you know about goods, services, or promotions which may interest you. By using our website to agree to our privacy policy. 


Returns & Replacements

Returns policy: Due to the nature of the product, it is important that you contact us immediately if you detect a problem with your goods. Where a product defect has been identified by Avon Valley Beef, a replacement/refund of equal value will be provided.

Avon Valley Been can be exchange/refund foods if;

  • The product is incorrectly labelled
  • The wrong product has been delivered
  • The product contains foreign objects
  • The product is rancid

Avon Valley Beef cannot guarantee exchanges based upon;

  • Tenderness
  • Incorrect selection
  • Incorrect use of product

We highly recommend that you make your selection carefully as incorrect purchases cannot be exchanged. Avon Valley Beef reserves the right to alter the returns policy with transactions of extenuating circumstances. This returns policy has been approved by the ACCC. 


Ordering (Wholesalers only)

Orders must be recieved before 12pm the day before pick-up or delivery is required. If Avon Valley Beef are unable to supply an item that you have ordered you will be contacted via your registered email address. If you need to amend an order any changes must be recieved with at least 24 hours notice.


Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Payment is cash on delivery (COD) only, unless you have an account. An invoice will be sent with your product. Prices are subject to change without notice. Promotions can be viewed online and are subject to availability.
